looks like a large plate but in reality it's smaller than a medium. less than a cup of mashed potatoes. 3 small pieces of steak.

you should up your protein and reduce carbs if looking to loose weight. not only healthier but keeps you full longer 💪

It looks great!! Nice meal! I lost 45 pounds in 7 months to reach my goal weight just focusing on healthy food like this and burning more calories than I ate! This is a perfectly lovely meal!!! Veggies and protein in large quantities are wonderful for keeping blood sugar stable and keeping you feeling satisfied, but calories in being fewer than calories out at the key!

Swap the corn for something with fewer carbs. Keep the potatoes but make them with half potatoes and half cauliflower. Keep the roll— just one roll. Same meal, same satisfaction. Small changes can make a big difference over time. Portion control, moderation, healthier eating most of the time, less healthy choices once in a while.
