I must say, it is not that hard so far 💪 hopefully will stay that way. Some days I’m hungry but trying to keep my mind with something else than food. Almost 2 stones down! 😁 I can’t believe how 2,5 months ago my trousers to work were too tight and now I can drop them without using a zipper.
I would say the key is to still eat what you really like but try to lower the calories. Math, bloody math!!! Why wouldn’t I do that before?! Always tried to cut all sweets and swap into salads which I’m not into anyway lol 😉 enjoy the rest of your day everybody!

I agree completely what you say cause I know cutting out all ! My favs would make me fail - so portion control the key with the odd treat

So true! Theres many low calories options with everything, ice creams, sauces, mayo... and they don’t taste different but make big change with scale😅
