I have been out of town. My husband had surgery at a VA hospital last Monday. Cancer, it's a nasty disease. We were blessed with excellent care, we are glad to be home. Healing just works better in your own home surrounded by your own things. We have a follow up appointment in about 2 and a half weeks, will know a little bit more then. What path do we follow, will there be more than one path? too many questions, and will the Dr. even have the answers. Even though cancer has been around for a long long time, there is still too little known about it, all we are likely to get is an educated guess. Basically it will be a decision for my husband.
Am hoping to get us both back on track to good, healthy eating and exercise. Will weigh in this week, I am prepared for a shock of a gain, there is very little to do in a hospital to pass the time. I ate.
