Breakfast today.. di bawahnya ada overnight oats yg direndem pake soy milk & dikasi chia seeds 15 gr.. Semalem bikin overnight oats, paginya baru ngeh, kok porsinya banyak bener, bisa buat 2x makan.. jadi dikeep separo porsi buat dinner ajah..
