hr ini malam2 makan fun food (samyang + keju + sabe setaan + krupuk)...gpp lah...masi cukup untuk penuhi kalori harian.... BMR lebih 200. masi batad aman buat pertahanin bb skrng.
50.6 kg Lost so far: 14.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
