Diet and exercise break per my coach. It’s a weird feeling. I am still tracking but my numbers will be different than normal macros. Exercise break from lifting. I am sure I will feel refreshed when get back at it. Not very graceful but going to try yoga and enjoy swimming 🏊‍♀️ and such. I like the serenity of swimming. My gym is requiring masks and it’s a pain when you are working hard. I do most of my cardio at home.
I will not be going Pilates because I have a possible incision hernia and that would aggravate it.
