Tinggi 168 kak. Kalau berat awal aku sempat 73 2 bulan lalu. Hitung Bmi itu udah masuk overweight karna tinggi cuma 168 jadi ketat Intermittent fasting jadi drastis turunnya. Saya juga ganti total makanan yang biasanya saya makan. Nasi dihilangkan sama sekali, beli kacang kacangan dan stok dada ayam dan buah sayur. Emang kalau mau serius harus go full sih.
