Hi Annette, I finde that planning ahead really helps. Count your nett carbs and get enough healty fatts in. I eat 3 times a day and i do not snack and there is no such thing as a cheat meal or cheat day, itwill only throw you out of ketosis. -Get some Hellmans Original Mayo, almost ZERO carbs and tasts amazing- Good luck to you🥑🥩🥓🍳🍗🍖
