Tomorrow I will get on the scale...good luck to me. I'm done with the sugar and back to carrots. Yay!!! My body aches from getting on the treadmill and raking leaves for three hours. How in the world am I going to get on the treadmill today? HOW!?!?!

Well, you have gauge the pain. If it's just soreness, it will ease as you exercise. If it's super bad, then it might be better to wait till tomorrow.

You're right. I needed to hear that because I will push myself through the pain and then be worse off. Thank you. I will be objective this evening.
