Yesterday I decided to wear my "large trousers" to go to a colleagues meeting. Well, the supposed to be large trousers are no longer large :( they fit me well. On the otherhand, I see I am more muscular than before. When Ibuy bottled water, in a 9kg/18lbs pack, I lift it without effort. I am stronger when climbing and I developed more stamina when swimming. Well, it's just time to go back to good eating habits. Point is, I feel unhappy lately and I use food to feel better (and it's not a good thing to do at all). A friend of mine reminded me how strong I was with good food choices and my diet. I have to go back to that level of determination. I want to! I workout enough, I need to eat right and less than I am doing now. Eating in amindless way is not a healthy habit, but it's an easy one to develop. So, back on track! It will take time, it will take effort, but I want my "large trousers" to fullfill their definition again :) I want to lloose fat, and keep muscles as much as possible. I love myself, and it's my duty to take care of myself.
