Did do so hot yesterday. I made a "choice" to eat off-plan at potluck lunch after church. There wasn't a whole lot there I could eat... At the harvest party in the evening I had some M&Ms since I already blew it earlier in the day. Oh well, I am back in the groove again today. Guess that's all that matters. Had a fantastic walk - did over 2 miles this morning.
