CONFESSION- I HAVE SLACKED AND HAVE LOST MY FOCUS\MOTIVATION. I have not logged my food for a while and I have hit a plateau and I believe it is because I have not been logging. I have also been slacking on gym time. I am not completely to blame as my 2 year old has not been sleeping well through the night and so it affects my sleep and performance throughout the day. My goal this week is to go to the gym tonight and daily through Friday. I am running the Chicago Hot Chocolate 15k Saturday and am nervous like crazy! The most I have ran is 4.37 miles so this race is going to be insanly hard for me especially since I have not trained for it. All the ladies at the gym are going and so atleast I will have support (hopefully)...I am excited to see atleast how far I can make it. I just hope I don't finish last....cross my fingers!

Goal-gym everyday beginning tonight through Friday am.
