B bombay paprika sama jamur putih di tumis kasih garam dikit sama garlic powder, angkat tiriskan. Kentang serut di tiriskan airnya, lalu tumis matang angkat, masukkan di kocokan telur ( 1 telur utuh, 1 putih telur) aduk rata kasih garam sama lada bubuk. Lalu goreng di teflon ( minyak di olesin aja) 😂. Udah matang tumisan sayur taruh di atas abis itu lipat. Kasih bon cabe tabur / saus sambal.
