weighed myself last night to see what i weighed to see if losing weight in a weeks time challenge is suppose to have you loose 10lbs in 3 days i made a educated guess on my weight on wednesday of 203lbs i was off by a few lbs actually weigh 206 now that ive been able to get to a scale. Now it looks like i gained 3 lbs but i havent... will check weight on thursday to see if diet really has you loose 10 lbs in 3 days. So far so good sticking to diet 100%, really want it to pay off
