I hv diabetic so try to avoid sugar from fruit. Every time i eat fruit ,my A1C (sugar level) level will increase. Sobi stop eat fruit. ^^

Thank you .😄😄 nowbi enjoy with lime fruit 😆😆 feel like eat orange but no sugar n full meneral .1fruit 70g hv vitamin c 32%, calcium, iron, magnesium n fiber 2% 👍👍 better than apple 100g
