Just found out that my mom is starting hospice care tomorrow and I'm struggling tonight to stay out of the fridge. Feeling sorry for her and hoping she has no pain as she moves through the next few weeks and wishing there was something I can do.

Trying to remember that me gaining weight will not help her cancer. Me gaining back the weight that I've lost recently will only make me feel worse about myself in addition to having a heavy heart.
