Today, after finishing the municipal raod pavements, we went out to celebrate at Thimar El baher.
Too much food and arak and the works. Can't even count it. I blew my diet but I truly enjoyed myself. So, A truly bad diet day is not bad in a long journey. Besides, I lost more than 12kg in one month. I was beginning to crave some foods.

So, time to get back to work. Don't look at this as a bad day. It was fun and I was able to do it because of my weight loss.

So, stay the course. Tomorrow, should start with some serious yard work to burn off today's diet. XCL should help mitigate some of the fat intake.
