itu jar nya isinya apa ajak kak? cia seed pake oatmel atau air aja kak?

Overnight oats yg biasa sy bikin byk isinya sis, makanya rada gede kalorinya 😂 biasanya oats 28 gr + chia seeds 5 gr + stgh pisang diancurin pake garpu, + skim milk cair 110 ml+ vanilla extract 1 sendok teh + bubuk green tea 3 gr diaduk jadi 1 masukin di kulkas semaleman, trus pas mau makan potong2 Strawberry 40 gr + roasted almond slice 5 gr.. yummy 😋
