My scales had to be set wrong when I weighed 150. First that was too much of a loss and second I have weighed 155 since. I should always check the scales when I weigh!!!
70.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

yeah, my scale was doing that, too- if I lean back even the slightest, I can get my weight to go down by up to 8 pounds. It's frustrating when you think you've lost then get a "true" reading and see you haven't!
