kalori perorang itu beda beda tergantung berat badan, tinggi badan sama umur

Cek di tdeecalculator.net krn kebutuhan kalori tiap org beda2.. pd intinya kl mau diet yg sehat ya makan di antara BMR dan TDEE.. Apa itu BMR & TDEE, mending cek youtube nya “diet santuy”, nonton urut dr playlist nya dia yg “konsep diet santuy full”.. Perbanyak dl ilmu diet seblum mulai, biar dietnya gak sesat di jln.. spy badan tetap sehat & metabolisme gak terganggu.. Krn byk org diet, asal makan dikit, yg penting kurus.. tp benernya organ2 di dlm tubuhnya pada rusak & metabolisme terganggu, gak mau kyk gitu kan? Semangat kaka 💪🏻..
