If it takes 21 days to form or break a habit then I have something to look forward too. Six more days and I will have begun a boat load of new habits...working out DAILY, bringing my lunch DAILY, eating better DAILY, and taking my vitamins DAILY. I'm so glad that I added this application to my phone. Even better that I decided to check out the website that it syncs to. I know it's not over yet, but people have been so encouraging, helpful and most of all suffering right along with me. Seeing people's failures and successes has helped me so much.
