Buckwheat pancake mix 50g
Telur 1butir
Skimmed milk 50ml
Olive oil 1/2tsp
Ini saya tambahin pisang 1 buah biar ada manisnya (optional)
Ada jga yg nambahin garam sedikit (optional)
Smua di mix biar jdi adonan
Trus tinggal di panggang di pan dengan api kecil (olesin olive oil dulu pannya)
Tunggu adonan mengeluarkan gelembung2 kecil trus dibalik. Skitar 2-3 menitan diangkat deh :)
