akhirnya dimakan juga, selama ini cuma disimpen. ini nestum + quaker oats, enak diseduh pake air aja gak pake susu karna nestumnya udah berasa. aku tumben2an sarapan karna kemarin kalorinya kurang, hari ini jatah makan banyakan.

lemak total 1.5g karbo 27g gula 9g. buat sarapan ngisi energi sabi sih
