There is absolutely no reasonable explanation that I have gained my weight back. I simply got tired of the planning. I bought a new scale today and was surprised that my weight wasn't as hight as I thought it would be. Halloween wasn't a big deal, I was able to avoid over indulging in the chocolates. I want to start working out again. I am debating on whether to get up early or work out after work. I have to figure it out today because I want to start on Monday.
