desperate1964's Journal, 15 Sep 13

I don't think there is enough room in fatsecret database to record all what I have eaten today.

It started with a huge fatty breakfast after mass at St Ephrem annual celebration (Ham and cheese on Sajj);

Then we met Haddad for HUGE lunch at thimar el baher. The works including fatty ashta and honey for desert.

Then snacking in the afternoon on mixed nuts.

Then came "dinner" with a huge piece of apple cinnamon pie withe creme patisserie and fruit salad bowls. so, at least 6000 calories were inhaled today following a bad day yesterday and one on Thursday.

So, despite receiving a lot of compliments this morning on my weight loss, I blew it big. Just like the old days. I am depressed about something and end up eating.

So, after the last 3 out of 4 days my diet/new life style is shot to hell...time to decide if I want to be forgotten on this site or if I want to be among those who 'finish what they start'. time to decide if I am going to be a good role model for my children on discipline and commitment of if I am a hypocrite who does not walk the talk.. time to think again about that red Ferrari.

So, what would it be? I guess I will know in 48 hours.

Forget about the past few days and start fresh today! So you had a setback.....we all do. This doesn't make you a "hypocrite". We are all weak at times (I love chocolate and don't deprive myself once in a while!) Just try to stop beating yourself up. You can do it - for yourself AND for your children. Onward..... Best of Luck!
