I definitely did not eat enough yesterday. By the time I realized what time it was, all I could do was grab a serving of my favorites, Blue Diamond Smokehouse Almonds. Need to pay closer attention to what I eat today. On days like that, I could've added some salmon and veggies and got some healthy fats and reasonable calories in. Don't do that too often, or your body will reset itself to starvation mode. NOT good for your metabolism. Have a great day everyone!!
