Went home this weekend. Ate like I've never eaten before. Kind of surprised that I didn't gain 1,000 lbs. Going to climb back on this saddle. Need to lose 5 more lbs. by Thanksgiving.
75.5 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
