Ummmmm...okay. Original and tasty. Love the flavor combo, and am going to absolutely give it a go. I could see myself scarfing a few of those down.

Could you share the recipe? I love bruschetta but couldn’t figure out how to cut out the processed carb bread part. Sweet potato is brilliant!

@Edgeytown, I did toast it first for about 7 minutes or until fork tender, then topped it and broiled it for a few more mins to heat through. :)
