Well, I was naughty yesterday and indulged in some ice cream. I feel more in control today, though, and that's probably because I pushed myself in Kenpo yesterday. I find that it's the days where I don't workout that I tend to lose my momentum, so I'm going to have to make double sure that I workout this weekend and keep everything going! (the last two weekends have had too much stuff planned for me to be able to work out, but this weekend I should be mostly free) I've been eating well today so far, and I'm going to try and reduce my calories a bit today since I know the workout I'm doing isn't really going to burn that much in the way of calories (Cardio Abs = 15 mins of intense ab work, but it's only 15 mins).

Hey 15 mins is better than 0 min. Good to hear that you are pushing yourself to get through the workouts. Once you get to that point of exhaustion and keep pushing is when you find out that you have much more to give. Keep up the good work.
