Slowly but surely... I know I've been saying this for weeks but the weight really would come off faster if I'd EXERCISE MORE! My goal for this week is to kick it up - do at least 3 workouts this week.
64.4 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
