早餐/小杯沙拉*1+全麥鮪魚蛋起司(吃一片麵包)+玉米蔥抓餅四口+熱拿鐵
中餐/青菜兩種+豆腐麵+牛腱肉+滷蛋
下午/珍奶+牛扎糖*2+魷魚絲
晚餐/豆腐麵+剪牛肩小排+節瓜
50.6 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
