Good morning,
I made it to my 36 hour fast. I did not sleep good last night, I tossed and turned and I think it might’ve been because I was hungry. Woke up this morning had a cup of black coffee and a few pieces of watermelon, and ready to start today.

I do like the intermittent fasting, the more I do it, the easier it gets. Will be doing away in soon to see if it paid off. After all that is the biggest reward you can get is weight loss.

I will put my weight and I’m a little bit. I hope everybody has a great day.....
