Just Rage Walked 4 miles. After a week of eating 300+ calories under my RDI and walking 2 miles each of 4 days I was up 2 lbs. I refuse to dignify that with recording it. F/U 60 year old metabolism!! All I can think is to make sure I drink more water, keep on keeping on and don't give up.

On the motivation front I just joined a 124 mile virtual walking challenge.
