I am eating healthy. good fats, fruit, vegggies, high fibre. No sugar, no soft drinks, no alcohol (other than an occassional glass of red wine). I've been to the gym 3 times this week so far. I am feeling pretty good.
83.9 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.2 kg a Week
