111.8kg - nearly the heaviest I’ve ever been! This is a result of many factors - severe pain in my left leg that I put up with for about 2 years. Stopped me from My favourite activity Zumba and generally became debilitating. The cause - a benign tumor on my spinal cord. This led to a 7 hour operation to remove the tumor in March 2019 and months of recovery. Then in August 2019 I somehow managed to break all the bones in my ankle during a night out with my family. 9 days in hospital waiting for my surgery and 2 weeks in total in hospital. 12 weeks of non weight-bearing - I had to master crutches. Now being locked down has not helped.

I had a benign tumour removed from my ankle bone when I was 20. The good news............34 years later I have had no more problems of that sort and the operation stopped the pain. As for the pain, I remember it clearly all these years later and have never felt anything close to it since. Good luck with your recovery

Hi Anne good to hear from you. Wow I’m so happy you are well and more problems 😍 it was so lovely to wake up and realise the pain in my leg had gone. I get odd twinges from time to time but tell myself it’s ok, it’s just remembering 😀

I was exactly the same! The moment I came round I knew the pain was gone. Yes, it was sore from the operation but the PAIN had gone. I had 3-4 years before it was diagnosed.
