About 3 weeks ago my back was really hurting and I was feeling heavy so I bought myself some scales and was shocked to see I had gone from 101kgs in January 2020 to 111.8kg 6 months later. That same day I bought a new pedometer. Sorted out my diet and I was off. I always want to see results so quickly but have realised I have to go about this sensibly as I need to lose around 35kgs. So I’m sticking to 1500cal a day and at least 40 minutes of exercise a day. I also am doing my best to reach 10000 steps a day. It’s hard going on my ankle but I need to do this. I don’t normally write on sites and journal but I need to be held accountable if I’m going to get to my goal. X
