buat tim oatmealnya rendam 40gr jamur di air panas selama kurleb 5 menit. tumis 1/2 siung bawang putih dan 1/4 bawang bombay. kalau bawang bombay sudah transparan masukkan jamur, kecap kira-kira 1 sdm, kaldu jamur 1/2 sdt, air 6 sdm, garam dan lada sesuai selera. setelah meresap bumbunya sisihkan. di wadah/mangkuk kecil, campur 35 gr oatmeal, 1 sdt santan tropicana bubuk atau fiber creme (ini diskip juga gapapa), kaldu jamur 1/4 sdt, dan jamur yang sudah matang tadi. kalau pakai rolled oat beri 4-5 sdm air, kalau pakai quick cook atau instant pakai 2-3 sdm saja. aduk merata, oatmealnya harus basah semua. lalu kukus 7-10 menit :D
