Eating very good all week lots of protein fruits vegetables chicken tuna water juice plus protein shakes walking cleaning taking care of kids and the dogs plus my hubby hates when I don’t want fast food or soda or junk food he says he hates this side of me me HUH???? Because I want water and a salad and a grilled sandwich I am stilll eating geez!!!! I want too happy again . We have 6 children and now a 4 year old too keep up with. Down 7 lbs in a week in a half 👍
