Itu overnight oats.. biasanya saya pake rolled oats, chia seeds, greek yogurt, skim milk, pisang dipotong2, masukin kulkas semaleman, besok paginya pas mau dimakan tambahin potongan Strawberry & blueberry. Banyak kok resep overnight oats di YouTube, cari2 aja yg sesuai sama selera & bahan yg dipunya. Minumannya mah cuma nescafe dicampur susu skim milk, beres.. 😄
