Its 'that time', i'm so bloated, my stomach hurts, my back hurts, i'm exhausted... just all around blah today.
I've only put on .4 of a pound this week tho, so far. So that's good news. Nothing else to report.

Have a small piece of dark chocolate. It always makes me feel better :) Sooo worth the calories! Hope you feel better soon.

oh yea, i had chocolate alright! I swear, the ONLY time i have problems staying out of the candy jar is during my week.
I had a cruch bar, a milky way and one fudge cookie (the Keebler's kind)
I feel way better today tho, more in control. :)
