On September 1 I will have maintained my weight for a year so perhaps so I think to mark that anniversary I will change my goal weight to 110 lbs. It is about 50 kilos and a nice round number for me. My original goal was 55 but since Christmas I have been closer to 50 most of the time. This day was not one of those days LOL

My anniversary of one year since goal is August 31st! A day apart! But... My line has not remained blue that whole time... 😑 Up as much as five or six from time to time. 😢
