susu atau kopi ya? sy mkn msh bts bmr krg/lbh tp ko mlh bs naik ya sekilo apa slh ngitung kalori?

Itu kopi susu 😄 nescafe campur low fat milk.. Mungkin ada salah itung kalori, saya biasa timbang satu2 & kl cairan pake gelas ukur..
