Didn't end up doing much other than abs yesterday, since I had a lot of homework to get done and I somehow managed to tweak my ankle getting into my car (don't ask - I don't even know what happened). But I'm looking forward to getting a short workout in today :) Gotta get that heart pumping! Also, at least I ate right yesterday, and still lost a little weight last night :) So, today should be golden!

Mostly I'm going to focus on rehydrating today. Apparently, yesterday I got super dehydrated somehow. I've had about 80 oz so far, but since I'm used to having like 130 - 150 oz of water a day, it's really not that much. Also, I tend to hydrate most at the start of the day and then only drink a little bit in the evening. Hopefully I can get my fluids back up today!

Getting enough water is a full scale battle all on its own. I'm getting well over half my body weight in ounces a day and it's still not enough. I'm the opposite of you. I don't get near enough water in the morning, and almost all of it is in the evening. Good luck!

Glad to hear you got some work in and lost some weight on top of it. CONGRATULATIONS!! Guess sounds like you are getting the mental workout in as well. Have to say I am horrible when it comes to hydrating I know I need to get better at that. You know those cars can be aweful tricky especially to your ankle LOL. Hopefully that hasnt set you back any. Hopefully is just a little annoyance right now and will just fine when you get back into your workouts tomorrow. Glad to see your doing well with workout and nutrition. Keep up the good work.
