Ini cuma chia seeds (2 sendok makan), campur susu 120 ml, maple syrup ato pake madu 1 sendok, diaduk smp rata. Itu basic recipe nya. Trus bisa dikembangin sendiri dr basic recipe itu, Bisa campur pake chocolate powder (kyk yg di foto) - 2,5 gr. + campur buah potong. Atau bisa pake matcha powder.. etc, rajin2 aja searching di YouTube buat ide2 resep2 sehat..
