Sekarang ga mikir goal weight lagi.

Target baru jangka panjang: fat percentage di bawah 23% + bisa handstand.

Target jangka pendek: bisa full push up & bisa ikutin wo-nya Chloe Ting tanpa berhenti-berhenti.
61.8 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 15.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
