Masih susah move on dari goreng2an. Akhirnya coba2 buat Bakwan low kalori yg dipanggang. per biji sekitar 40 kalori. No tepung, gak digoreng dan less oil (cuma untuk di spray spy ga lengket aja).

nutrisional yeast ato keju kalo ga diet defisit kalori,

sweetener.
Caranya Aduk jd 1 dan panggang.
