Mexican hummus! FABULOUS
The usual, salt, pepper, garlic but reduce the lemon juice.
I never measure so adjust to taste, onion powder, chili powder and cumin. Blend in some fresh parsley (not a lot, mostly for color) and some fresh onion and a few squeezes of tahini.
I also added garlic, cumin and chili powder to the flat bread, oh, and I ground up some oatmeal for oatmeal flour and used it just about half and half.
This was a wonderful lunch :)
