Slow and steady wins the weight loss race😊
112.5 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 42.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yes I’ve lost weight really fast before. It did not stay off, hence my new goal. It’s tempting sometime to restrict calories severely just to get faster results but the reality is I need a realistic plan that I can stick to. 😊
