Gampang banget koq...
Dada ayam dipotong tapi jgn sampai putus (dibuat agak tipis) kurleb 100~150 gr
dikeringkan (tap tap pakai tissue dapur saja)
baluri lada,garam sedikit n oregano dikedua sisinya
Panggang (me pakai 1~2 sdm olive oil)
selesai.....
Kasih saus BBQ 1~2 sdm kalau mau 😋😋😋
