I was getting tired of the diet and feeling calorie deprived. Decided to take a day off and got a foot long sub with EVERYTHING - loads of mayonnaise, oil and vinegar, 3 meats, cheese, and all the veggies. I gave a friend maybe 4 inches of it (yes I was being greedy) and ate the rest. It was fabulous. Followed up with a friends home made blueberry cobbler. I wasn’t full when I was done but was certainly satisfied. Ended up not being hungry for the rest of the day so it’s even possible I was within - or not too over - my 1350 goal.
